I purchased an acer chrome book and could not afford the additional warranty. The factory warranty is 14 days. On the 15 day it died. I do not have an extra dime! I was so happy to have this and have a way to connect to the internet. I took very good care of it for the 15 days I was able to use it. I'm using an acer laptop with snid 52409472676. It is under warranty. It's usb port on the right is not working. It's not showing any power also. I have always heard about how miserable of a company Acer is. But their product ( laptop in my case ) was inexpensive compared to quality companies and I made the terrible mistake of buying on price. Acer repair center has to be the most incompetent group of idiots I've dealt with in a long time. They charge $279 for diagnostic/repair, sent my unit back, same problem persisted, so I sent it back. I've been told 4 times it would be a priority and sent back. LIARS. Do not buy Acer you will regret it!

Do not buy Acer moniter at Walmart. The only driver for this moniter is for Windows 7 or Windows Visa. It does not work on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. You might as well throw your money in the trash can. Do not use their repair service either. They ran the moniter for 24 hours on an outdated Dinosaur computer and mailed the same trash back to me. Why is this product still for sale. I am not tech savy so I have hesitated to recognize the problem is not me but rather this deficient device. What to do? The 90 return has passed and so perhaps go back to the big box store and suggest sales are made with some kind of disclaimer. What a waste of time trying to get the device to function. As is said "you get what you pay for. "

I bought an Acer Ultra Book. The battery went dead within 60 days and was told by Acer that the batteries are only warranted for 60 days. I was told that this product and the company is a rip off company I should have listened. I am telling anyone not to buy any Acer products. Has an Aspire Z3100 and bought 4 stiks of ram to upgrade it. 4 days and 2 grown men to open the case. Then, no where to put the ram. Nothing but Chinese junk. Would never buy a junk Acer again or any product even remotely connected with them. Waste of money, time and effort. I have my second Acer tablet. It, like the first one has stopped charging. I contacted Acer about the first one and because it was still under warranty, they sent me a new tablet. Great, all is well. Now less than six months later, the new tablet has stopped charging.
