I have tried with no avail to get this system operating at 64 bits. The BIOS or UEFI is disabled and therefore all my programs operate in 32 bit mode.

I called ACER and after many hours realised they do not know how to fix the problem. I am very, very disappointed in this machine. I have tried for several months to try and get it operating properly and it has all been a total failure. I will never buy a ACER product again.

It is very unfortunate really. I have bought ACER for many years but never again.

It does not provide a good image for a company when they sell a product claiming that it is fast BUT the whole system is screwed up because of the UEFI settings which are impossible to change. Very disappointed customer
