They wouldn't exchange it so It went from Maryland to the Repair center in Texas. It came back with same problem of not powering up when cold.
I just sent it back for the second time I want to see if they fix it this time . It acts like a problem with the bios or Operating System. They problem need someone to make a new OS for there machines because it flickers some time and when I move the mouse pointer sometimes it miniumizes automatically. I have talk to the repair center and they said that it did not burn in.
I really do not think they even tested it for they returned it to me. I will never buy another Acer product.
