My experience has been minimal with Acer. I have never bought many Acer products.
I have a monitor which has worked well, and I bought a Revo RN66 desktop. I think support is on par with a lot of PC makers who don't have good quality people supporting consumer products. They have basically farmed it out to third party support companies, or simply use people who read off flow charts for troubleshooting.
The Acer forums are especially worthless as most questions never get answers and I definitely don't think Acer monitors them. My last phone conversation with support was incredibly worthless as a simply question about RAM could not be answered because the support person could not obtain the information.
