Acer Aspier E15 E5-523-979H---- big problems

I have tried with no avail to get this system operating at 64 bits. The BIOS or UEFI is disabled and therefore all my programs operate in 32 bit mode. I called ACER and after many hours realised they do not know how to fix the problem. I am very, very disappointed in this machine. I have tried for several months to try and get it operating properly and it has all been a total failure. I will never buy a ACER product again. It is very unfortunate really. I have bought ACER for many years but never again. It does not provide a good image for a company when they sell a product claiming that it is fast BUT the whole system is screwed up because of the UEFI settings which are impossible to change. Very disappointed customer

What a piece of junk I don't use this that often call customer service said that has a software problem it won't stay on it keeps going on and off I would not recommend this to my worst enemy the warranty ran out had it a little over a year hardly ever used it piece of *** if you read this pass it on do not buy this product it's an all-in-one I still wouldn't purchase anything made by this company I've owned computers before that lasted me 5 plus years updated it never had a problem please move on to another item

I purchased a New Acer Laptop from HSN new and did not right out of the box

They wouldn't exchange it so It went from Maryland to the Repair center in Texas. It came back with same problem of not powering up when cold. I just sent it back for the second time I want to see if they fix it this time . It acts like a problem with the bios or Operating System. They problem need someone to make a new OS for there machines because it flickers some time and when I move the mouse pointer sometimes it miniumizes automatically. I have talk to the repair center and they said that it did not burn in. I really do not think they even tested it for they returned it to me. I will never buy another Acer product.

I purchased a Acer All In One at Walmart and in three months is was telling me that I needed to update the drivers and that my windows software was expired etc. up to the point that all that it was telling me was to purchase products for this computer. Unfortunenly I did not buy the insurance I was offered and misplaced the receipt. As I was scrolling on your website I can see the bad reviews regarding your product. I will never again recommend your product to anyone. it would be wonderful if there was a group of customers who would get together and demand our monies back. I charged this computer so I can prove when and how much I paid for this bad computer of which I am wondering if it was a used or refurbished being sold as a new products. after three months and having so many problems is absurd and proving not to be a good products. I am without a computer now and as a senior cannot afford to buy another so I am using my neighbors to send this complain to you. You can correspond with me from this HP computer of his.
