What a piece of junk I don't use this that often call customer service said that has a software problem it won't stay on it keeps going on and off I would not recommend this to my worst enemy the warranty ran out had it a little over a year hardly ever used it piece of *** if you read this pass it on do not buy this product it's an all-in-one I still wouldn't purchase anything made by this company I've owned computers before that lasted me 5 plus years updated it never had a problem please move on to another item

i have 2 acer laptops both ive registered with acer and ive had nothing but problems with not only the laptops because im sure they are easy to fix..unless like me you have to turn to acer for help im not a computer guy,,the first time was ok a rough beginning but the rep and I found common ground and fixed the problem...ok well something happened wile the laptop was booting like before easy fix right?? no acer has totally ignored me for months now ive done what I have been told and even spent more money trying to fix these laptops wich I got for my kids...the company says that they canot fix the type of problems from where they are..bull they did it before and not just for me..but they can and are ready to sell you something that will fix your problem its gonna cost a lot and when you get it youll probably have to buy something else or subscribe to who knows what to download some other junk so the acer junk can not fix the problem I have not even touched on any of the bigger problems because I know it wont do any good..infact I checked my account with acer before I wrote this and come to find out...neither laptop are even registered to me the aspire kav 10 and the switch10e are not even real apparently because neither serial number match any laptop now..about 4 months on one and six month on the other trying to get help well finally caught the attention of a local watchdog type guy who says im one of a lot more than acer would like to admit..and asked if I have any proof of the claims im making luckly I recorded all calls with the acer people not to find them doing wrong but to have instructions to guide me through ...well on some of these recordings acer can be heard yelling at me and telling me that it cant be fixed so buy a new one and stop ***.....really ***...now im not a computer guy I said that and im not a lawyer you see what I am is a old dj/break dancing street kid nothing special wich is why acer thinks they can treat me like trash...ok they made their point now let me tell acer and anyone reading this..i never made it big a lot of things went wrong in my life and its been a really tough road but during the day of spinning on heads and all the scratching records one thing did happen and happen a lot,,,,media coverage and guess what I met a lot of people that did make it big and who are now at this moment asking me if I feel I was treated bad because I bought their junk second hand I said maybe ...heres where im gonna end this the person I bought what your company called a piece of junk from is the local watch dog who dose reports on companies just like yours and guess who watches em all us old street kids who are know buying our kids computers and phones etc.. each one of us with a lot of friends...you don't even need to contact me I know you wont fix anything and I don't wanna buy anything from you..oh and please use the expired warranty as some type of excuse so I can open up another problem that there is a lot of people willing to talk about...your company has a lot of people asking the question your not a powerhouse like apple acer should always take care of who pays your bills..as for your products,,,,well I bet your kids don't use them please remember some people just know the right people have a good day

By far the worst laptop i ever purchased. Do not buy the Acer Spin 3 laptop.

Returned twice with no resolution. Internet is very slow, locks up continually. They replaced hard drive, same problens. This is a software issue which their IT apparently have no experience in diagnosing.

I demanded my money back or new laptop only receiving a response from some inept supervisor that there policy does not include refunds or replacement. This laptop never worked right out of the box.

Its a useless piece of crap as are there support staff. Do not purchase any product from ACER.

I recently purchased an Acer Laptop. Yes I have had same experience with 2 Acer tablets. And I am going to be making complaints everywhere I can.

Hoping I can force them out of business. I know there's not much only one person can do, but I am a determined person.

Not the best support in PC makers

My experience has been minimal with Acer. I have never bought many Acer products. I have a monitor which has worked well, and I bought a Revo RN66 desktop. I think support is on par with a lot of PC makers who don't have good quality people supporting consumer products. They have basically farmed it out to third party support companies, or simply use people who read off flow charts for troubleshooting. The Acer forums are especially worthless as most questions never get answers and I definitely don't think Acer monitors them. My last phone conversation with support was incredibly worthless as a simply question about RAM could not be answered because the support person could not obtain the information.

I purchased this tablet from Best buy 6 months ago. After three months it needed to be sent in for repair. The battery would not take a charge. Three months later it needed to be sent in again because the battery won't hold a charge and it won't connect to my network from 6 feet away from the router. After speaking with a supervisor , I was told once it was received I would be getting a new tablet instead of repairing the old tablet for the second time. 2 weeks later I'm now told They are repairing the old(6 months since purchase) tablet again. Do not waste your money on Acer products. Worst customer service and garbage products.

I have had my personal *** with ACER based on personal experience since 2012 and have gotten worldwide feedback and even consumer expressed displeasure on their Face Book pages. However, you will also find good rants & raves on their FB pages but you will also notice that it’s by the same names, which tells me that they are ACER shills posting good comments on their *** products. But the job is getting done and the word is definitely getting out worldwide as their sales are dropping month after month. What I don’t know is, are these drops based on the same month last year or from the previous month? But April 2015 sales are down 17.8%, May are down 31%, June are down 27.3%, July are down 32.8%, August are down 29.7%, September are down 5.3% and October was down 21.9%. ? See what happens when ya *** me off and I have no intention of going away? Acer - Aspire R5-571t Laptop Review

I bought the Acer Aspire R15 because I loved my last Aspire. The R5-571T is a 2 in 1 laptop that converts to a tablet with touch screen.

After owning the laptop less than 3 months I flipped the display the way it was intended to flip into a tablet and in the process the screen cracked. This makes the touch screen unusable and my 2 in 1 just a laptop with a cracked display. I didn't put too much force into flipping it because the screen moves pretty easily. A touch screen should not crack from being touched!

After contacting Acer about having a defective product they told me that any physical damage isn't covered by my warranty which isn't stated anywhere in the warranty. I paid $700 for a broken laptop that I've owned for 2 months thanks Acer for selling me a piece of garbage that you refuse to fix under your warranty.

e just had our second Acer give us nothing but grief!! Had a *** Acer Laptop, sent it for repair imagine the motherboard died after one month.

We use it for emails! Then the HD dies 6 months later then the screen went a month after that! Now our Acer Z3 all in one toilet model is crapping while trying to startup! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Research and review ask around, even in coffee shops! This one is going to recycling depot!!

VERY Unhappy Acer Owner.

In the last 4 years I have bought 3 Acer Aspire laptops. I have had no issue with Acer service for the first two. One bought in UAE Dubai, The second bought in Thailand, and the third bought in Singapore. The first two are now crashed and in a drawer, The third less than one (1) year old is now falling apart. I live in Thailand, and have tried many times to contact Acer (the company) about these issue and I can not find an email for them any where. Taking back to the store in Thailand is laughable (I am crying). All I want is to take/email Acer. Not some contractor in India or some where else. I have been a Acer sadistfied (sp) customer since 2000 and they have lost me. Can someone please tell me how to contact Acer? Ron M. Wills

I purchased an acer chrome book and could not afford the additional warranty. The factory warranty is 14 days. On the 15 day it died. I do not have an extra dime! I was so happy to have this and have a way to connect to the internet. I took very good care of it for the 15 days I was able to use it. At office depot, where I purchased it, I was told basically, "tough luck". This just isn't right. Fifteen days for my hard earned money. Made in china. Acer is worse than forks to my eyeballs

I have always heard about how miserable of a company Acer is. But their product ( laptop in my case ) was inexpensive compared to quality companies and I made the terrible mistake of buying on price. If you have ever heard that they do not honor any Warranty - then believe it. For some reason I thought it must just be a dumb consumer. Or it wont break when I use it, I actually know what I'm doing. Well, shame on me I guess. The hardware is clearly inferior to any other manufacturer. And when mine fried after only a few months I thought that they would honor the warranty despite everything I heard. A week or two later I got a call from them saying they would NOT fix their junk product. They tried to claim that there was water damage - but it never left my desk - there was never any water around it. But there is nothing I can do except bend over and take it. So I did. Please don't just blow this off and think this won't be me. That's what I did and learned the hard way. They will lie, cheat, and steal your money. I have no idea how they are still in business. They are *** artists in business form. I'm sure 1 out of 4 or 5 of their laptops wont ever have a problem. Do you want to take that chance. Go with a samsung or something where only like 1 out of 1,000's will ever have a manufacturers defect.

Acer repair center has to be the most incompetent group of idiots I've dealt with in a long time. They charge $279 for diagnostic/repair, sent my unit back, same problem persisted, so I sent it back. I've been told 4 times it would be a priority and sent back. LIARS. Do not buy Acer you will regret it!

Why is this product still for sale. I am not tech savy so I have hesitated to recognize the problem is not me but rather this deficient device. What to do? The 90 return has passed and so perhaps go back to the big box store and suggest sales are made with some kind of disclaimer. What a waste of time trying to get the device to function. As is said "you get what you pay for. "

Acer moniter S240HL sold Walmart is outdated piece of junk.

Do not buy Acer moniter at Walmart. The only driver for this moniter is for Windows 7 or Windows Visa. It does not work on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. You might as well throw your money in the trash can. Do not use their repair service either. They ran the moniter for 24 hours on an outdated Dinosaur computer and mailed the same trash back to me. Walmart and Acer are rip off artists. Only buy from a reputable dealer and not from these two thieves. Microsoft changed my system from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 without my approval. Noww I am stuck finding a replacement moniter that will work on Windows 10.

Rip Off Company

I bought an Acer Ultra Book. The battery went dead within 60 days and was told by Acer that the batteries are only warranted for 60 days. I was told that this product and the company is a rip off company I should have listened. I am telling anyone not to buy any Acer products. The customer rep that I spoke with was rude and said that I should purchase a new battery with them, I guess that this was a clever way just to generate money. So if anyone is considering buying a laptop do not sop at Acer. I would suggest checking out all the warranty information prior to purchase. Vince
