Acer repair center has to be the most incompetent group of idiots I've dealt with in a long time. They charge $279 for diagnostic/repair, sent my unit back, same problem persisted, so I sent it back. I've been told 4 times it would be a priority and sent back. LIARS. Do not buy Acer you will regret it!

Acer moniter S240HL sold Walmart is outdated piece of junk.

Do not buy Acer moniter at Walmart. The only driver for this moniter is for Windows 7 or Windows Visa. It does not work on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. You might as well throw your money in the trash can. Do not use their repair service either. They ran the moniter for 24 hours on an outdated Dinosaur computer and mailed the same trash back to me. Walmart and Acer are rip off artists. Only buy from a reputable dealer and not from these two thieves. Microsoft changed my system from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 without my approval. Noww I am stuck finding a replacement moniter that will work on Windows 10.

Acer One 10 Laptop Review

Why is this product still for sale. I am not tech savy so I have hesitated to recognize the problem is not me but rather this deficient device. What to do? The 90 return has passed and so perhaps go back to the big box store and suggest sales are made with some kind of disclaimer. What a waste of time trying to get the device to function. As is said "you get what you pay for. "

Acer in Saint Louis, Missouri - Rip Off Company

I bought an Acer Ultra Book. The battery went dead within 60 days and was told by Acer that the batteries are only warranted for 60 days. I was told that this product and the company is a rip off company I should have listened. I am telling anyone not to buy any Acer products. The customer rep that I spoke with was rude and said that I should purchase a new battery with them, I guess that this was a clever way just to generate money. So if anyone is considering buying a laptop do not sop at Acer. I would suggest checking out all the warranty information prior to purchase. Vince

Acer Aspire

Has an Aspire Z3100 and bought 4 stiks of ram to upgrade it. 4 days and 2 grown men to open the case. Then, no where to put the ram. Nothing but Chinese junk. Would never buy a junk Acer again or any product even remotely connected with them. Waste of money, time and effort. A sorry day for this 71 year old disabled veteran that Acer cheated with their junk product. Chinese Junk Product. Do not waste your money on this Acer ***.

Acer in Brisbane, Queensland - Take your money and don't do their job

I rang Acer as my All in One desktop had just run out of warranty, they tried to fix online the hard drive. So they said pay $109 and we will have someone come out pick it up and fix it and bring it back, I sat around for 5 hours waiting, rang them and now without even looking at it want to charge another $110 saying the hard drive might be faulty, so will try to get money back and throw the PC in rubbish.

Small problem become big deal, thanks to Acer CS

I just bought a laptop on 24/12/15 and after 2 days, the keyboards button start to fell of, total 3 buttons fell off, to avoid having to go to Acer service centre which were located in Jurong and not really accessible by public transport, i decide to just put back these buttons by myself. After few days, these buttons keep falling off and finally I give up and decide to come to Acer Service Centre. This Teo Thiam Soon, the *** who service me, change the first 2 buttons quickly, however after I ask about the 3rd button, he refused to repair it since "It was not damaged". I request him to change since that button also easily fell off, then this *** started to argue. 1. he accused me to purposely *** my own keyboard button. Oh wow, yeah I purposely *** my laptop keyboard so I have to book a cab, 20$ 1 way to Acer Service Centre, the journey took ard 30 mins 1 way, queuing for 20 mins, and argue with this *** for 20 more minutes, all this on purpose? Do you even train your customer service think first before you speak? 2. He threat to charge me with money and that at first he agree to help repair my keyboard out of his goodwill. Oh wow, I just bought this laptop for 2 weeks and this *** want to ask money for Acer own defects? SERIOUSLY? 3. He blame me not to thoroughly check the laptop when I bought it at the first time, and keyboard defect is entirely my fault.. Oh wow, should i stay for 1 week inside acer shop just to make sure that my laptop will be perfectly fine before I can take it home? Then what the purpose having service center? What is the purpose of hiring you, Teo Thiam Soon? Acer, how come you hire such an *** customer service, no manner and so rude? No wonder most of your review here were bad.
